Member of Parliament of Ukraine, Deputy Chairman of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Minister for Foreign Affairs of Ukraine (1998-2000, 2005-2007). He studied IR and International Law at National Taras Shevchenko University of Kyiv. He has many years of diplomatic work, including work in the central office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the post of Ambassador of Ukraine to the Benelux; head of the Mission of Ukraine to NATO.

Graduate of Ternopil National Economic University and Kyiv International University; Master of Economics and International Relations. Co-chairman of the scientific-expert council of the collection of scientific works "Problems of International Politics". Deputy Chairman of the Public Council at the Shevchenkivska Regional State Administration. Manager of numerous projects in the field of European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

An expert on Foreign and Domestic policy of Ukraine. He combines political analysis and consulting with public-political activity in his work. Famous blogger and commentator for the leading Ukrainian media.

Consultant-assistant to the Member of the Committee on National Security and Defense (on a voluntary basis). He served on various positions in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, has experience in the institutions of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. Initiated the development and methodological support of the first two annual National Programs in the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In 2010-2014 - associate professor of the German and European Studies Master's Program and a lecturer at the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) at the Department of Political Science at the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy

Editor-in-chief of the first non-state journal of international life, "EuroAtlantica", founded by IEAC Director Borys Tarasyuk. Member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine since 1980.
