Public oversight of implementation of Ukraine’s reforms commitments is an important aspect of its democratic development, given the growing importance of strengthening the Ukraine-NATO cooperation. To ensure public oversight of development and implementation of Ukraine’s Annual National Programmes (the ANP) the Institute for Euro-Atlantic Cooperation has implemented three practical projects since 2009.

The project "Civic monitoring of Ukraine's ANP 2016 Implementation" aims at providing independent assessment Ukraine’s ANP implementation, involving expertize of leading NGOs and think-tanks, as well as develop recommendations to the Ukrainian government on further use of the reform opportunities provided by ANP format.
